Thanks for hosting this event, this year was the first year I participated. It was very kind of this fansite and others to donate gifts to really make this year cheery. I have a couple of questions though, how do you avoid others using their alternative characters? I only participated with one character like you guys mentioned. Do you count characters that are hidden? I just feel like in a way it would be fair to implement stricter rules to make sure it really is just one per player.

I remember watching alt chars level 20 free accoutns coming an hour to an hour and a half after the tickets even began.
I even outted them, yet my guild members whos an admin decided ti give them a ticket anyways. I mentioned multiple times that half these players are sketchy hidden level 20 noob characters on free accounts.
I'm just going to assume this was rigged.

I am sorry We are not able to see the hidden chars thats only what cip can do... there are always players playing unfair we cannot do anything against that than only not doing the giveaway anymore... i will decide next year if we will still do this or not.

I had to create a new account only for the event since I really wanted to join it. It was fun and cool for me. And I didn't cheat at all.

Although it was fun and I am happy that I interacted with Tibia Events people, I believe that it would be better to have a lottery with an extra degree of security. We can think of on how to it but I believe that the concept of the event is very fun 
it would be sad if people are taking extra tickets with low level characters.

I myself created my character only for this event and won. I do not like people who did not win and now write their regrets.

Congratulations to the winners. I am happy that you won, but thinking about extra security steps (if possible) is fair criticism and should be discussed in order to protect this awesome event!
